Payal and Lamya strive to bring the practice of attention and mindfulness to all aspects of life. Their individual styles strive to maintain alignment in the body to harmonize thoughts and emotions andinspire a life of the highest purpose. Coincidently, both these yoginis have lent inspiration from teachers like Elena Brower, Shiva Rea, Rod Stryker and imbibed the teachings of Swami Rama in order to create a practice that integrates the power of the breath with the body to create a state of wholeness within and without. Currently they both use and recoomend the use essential oils to further create balance and optimum health and wellness.
