Our Yoga Mantra
Each of us experiences Yoga in our own unique way. We believe that the purpose of Yoga lies in achieving the stillness of mind. It is more about how it makes you feel and less about the aesthetics of the physical postures.
For us, Yoga is showing up authentically every day in the midst of chaos, pain, boredom with compassion, and gratitude.
Our Yoga sessions are diversified- we offer classes in various types of Yoga like Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga. You can choose to experience intensive sessions that are conducted during the mornings or restorative sessions that are conducted during the later part of the day. Our group Yoga sessions are fun and encouraging with each member getting personalized attention. Our shalas are fully equipped with tools and props to experience the best of Yoga.
Mindfulness
Enhance your ability to be truly present in now- to be aware of where you are and what you are doing. Every activity can be done mindfully; it means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations.


Movement
Freedom lies in knowing there is no perfect way to flow. Experience fluidity in our sessions where we guide you to explore and discover yourself.
Breath
The connection between breath and emotions is the most powerful one but sadly, the most taken for granted one as well. Here, you will learn to control and channelize your energy & state of mind through breathing practices.


Meditation

Meditation is a simple state to be in. It entails untangling the complex thoughts and being present in our most natural form. It is being present and being aware of our surroundings- Even the most mundane activities like dancing, painting, or star gazing can be meditative when done mindfully.
