- We have no refund policy. Extensions are given on specific situations subjected to the cafe's decision.
- Please make sure you are there 5 mins before the class starts
- Make sure to mark your attendance either online or at the reception before you start your class.
- We recommend you to book your slot online beforehand. Incase of a full class you won’t be allowed in.

In case of travel or illness you can freeze your package as follows:
- Half yearly- for 15 days.
- Annually- for 20 days.
- Semi annual/ Yearly packages can be transferred only after 3 months of membership.
